How do you book your appointments with DKV?
Utilise our website portal to book your appointment via telephone or email. You can also book appointments via our medical mobile app. Alternatively, you can visit any private hospital / clinic ( DKV directory) and book your appointment in person.
I don't speak Spanish, can you explain the process?
Not a problem ! Our trained staff will explain our policies in detail to you. We will also provide English brochures for your perusal. Our staff is also very familiar with the immigration requirements and will make sure you get offered the appropriate policy.
Is your health insurance suitable for visas and residency ?
Yes, we have policies that are suitable for Visas and Spanish residencies.
